Your reflections are stored securely on your own device. They are not uploaded to a server, so they stay private to you.
I deleted the app — can I recover my reflections?
Because data is stored on your device, deleting the app removes your reflections. Use the PDF export on a reflection's detail page to keep copies of anything important.
How do I export a reflection as a PDF?
Open any saved reflection from the History or Delivery tab and tap the download icon in the top corner to share or save it as a PDF.
